The sustainability blueprint of TMNewa focuses on "stakeholders communication and engagement", centering on four pillars and eight dimensions, aligned with concrete action plans that cover short-, medium-, and long-term targets, with the aim of fulfilling our corporate mission "Protecting Our Customers and Society in Times of Need".
Sustainability Governance Framework
Committee and Working Groups
TMNewa established a Sustainability Development Committee under the Board of Directors, with the Sustainability Governance Department serving as the dedicated unit for sustainable development. The four working groups are established under the Committee., including “Fair Customer Treatment Working Group,” “Climate Change Working Group,” “Sustainable Culture Integration Working Group,” and “Sustainable Products & Services Working Group.” The President of TMNewa serves as the Chief Convener of the Working Groups and promotes sustainability initiatives in line with annual goals.
